I maintain consistent, timely communication with clients and provide well-grounded consultation on system needs and priorities. My role includes defining priorities, identifying risks, and reporting status and resource needs to both clients and upper management. I ensure that all planning, analysis, and estimation activities are properly documented. I lead the development team by assigning tasks, fostering a healthy and collaborative work environment, encouraging open discussion, and gathering feedback to support continuous improvement.
As an IT Trainee and later a full time SAP Application Developer, I develop applications using SAP frameworks, primarily ABAP and UI5. I support the system infrastructure team by assisting with system monitoring, refreshes, and support package upgrades. I also troubleshoot client-reported errors to ensure smooth and reliable system performance.
